Want to Get Started on Your Own Scratch Projects?

One of the great things about Scratch programming is that it is easy to get started. Just goto MIT’s online Scratch Studio, create an account, and start creating your own programs…

But once you learn it, you also have endless possibilities to build interactive programs, games, animations, etc… you can build stuff that is as complex and creative as you want to get.

If you need some ideas, the ScratchEd team at the Harvard Graduate School of Education has published a great guide with learning resources and some nice ideas for starter projects:

We’ll be using all of these activities and more at our CoderDojo Metuchen monthly events at the Metuchen Public Library – follow this blog or our Facebook page to get the latest info about what’s happening!
